I have a question.

I am in the process of applying for a Non O spousal visa via the Embassy website in Los Angeles US.

It directs me to the visa application site thaievisa.go.th. I then sign in and it tells me that a verification email has been sent from thaievisa@mfa.go.th. Nothing ever arrives!

Is anyone else having the same problem or does anyone have some advice?

I tried calling the Embassy but no response....very frustrating!

Answer summary

The user encountered issues receiving a verification email needed for their Non O spousal visa application while applying through the Thai embassy's website. Despite several attempts and no contact from the embassy, community members suggested switching email providers, as the system may not work well with certain domains. The user later resolved the issue by using a Gmail account and successfully submitted their application, receiving visa approval in just 26 hours.
