I’ve applied for e visa since 18th April and haven’t receive any replies so far. They requested a document on 21st and I’ve send it on the same day. But i haven’t got my visa till now and my travel date is getting near so I’m quite worried. Any idea what I could do to follow up?? Bcz I believe thai visa usually take around 5-10 days only

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user expressed concern over their e-visa application submitted on April 18th, which has not been processed yet. They provided an additional document on April 21st but are worried as their travel date approaches. Community comments suggested checking the spam folder for emails and noted that the e-visa system was undergoing maintenance, which could have delayed processing.

when I applied for mine back in November the estimated time I think was 3 to 7 days and they emailed it to me I think on the 7th day. When you get it be sure to print the PDF of the visa and take the paper copy with you.

The evisa system has been down for maintenance for 3-4 days so that probably slowed your application down also.

I know they are 2 completely different things.

I said they could be making changes to the system.

Didn't say they were making changes 2 different things

new changes won't affect visa applications. Only the Thai Pass wil change. 2 completely different and separate things.

but they won't be making changes to the visa system. That will stay the same. Only changes are for the Thailand Pass, which is a separate system to the visa system. So your comment will only confuse the OP. I wasn't be sarcastic. I was being factual.
