Guys, I've searched the files for TM30 info and please bear with me while i try to assimilate all the requirements. My condo owner isn't computer literate so I will need to go to Changwattena.

1. The TM30 form signed by the owner in blue ink. 2) Copy of the Blue Book signed by the owner in blue ink. 3) Copy front and back of her Thai ID card signed in blue ink. 4) Copy of the lease agreement, its in English so problem? 5) Copy of my passport detail page signed by me in blue ink. Is there anything I've forgotten?
