I’m due to renew my marriage visa to a Thai national and we’ve just moved into a new condo. My new condo owner is from Taiwan, therefore won’t have a blue book. Can anyone confirm the correct documents I will need from owner to process my visa? Thanks so much!

TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew your marriage visa in Thailand, you will need specific documents from your condo owner. If your owner is a foreign national and does not have a blue book, you should obtain a copy of their tabian baan (house registration document), their ID card, and additionally, if the owner is not Thai, a copy of their passport and a work permit.

You need a copy of the tabian baan and copy of owners Id card. If the owner is foreign then copy of tabian baan, copy passport and copy of wp.

What immigration office you using. It may be useful to visit them and discuss this issue with them so see if there's a, workaround

What about any sort of ownership papers from my landlord? The only difference is the landlord this time is not Thai.

Tod Daniel's advice from last year is still current:

"You WOULD need proof of residence (lease, etc) and proof you or your land lord filed a TM30 form on you."

Did you require a bluebook last time?

if the owner is a foreigner (meaning they won't have ANY name in the blue book) you need a copy of chanote (title deed) that will have their name on the back. Make sure they reduce it down so it ALL fits on an A4 copy and do the front and the back
