TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about potential issues with renewing their Non-O visa due to a house book that only lists the condo name and address, while the second page is blank. They express concern that immigration may require the owner's name, which may not be adequately presented in the current documentation.

The owner's name is listed in a house book somewhere. You will need a copy of the house book page he is listed in, and a copy of his Thai ID card.

if the owner of the property is Thai, and he should be, then he is listed in a housebook. It does not have to be that condo housebook, but somewhere his name is in a housebook, most likely the one for the property he actually lives at. The owner of the property I live at does not live here, so we had to get a copy of the housebook his name is actually in, because his name is in a housebook somewhere, and a copy of his ID card.

yes. It will be a different housebook. You must have a copy of the housebook he is listen in. That proves he is Thai.
