Question about TM30 in Bangkok. I rent a condo and must get the paperwork from the owner, as the Condo office said they cannot do this. I did not live here at my last retirement visa 11 months ago. I only know of the 1) TM30 form, which I have, and the attachment, all which I will ask the owner to do on Monday. What about 2) "rental agreement" (we have none) and the 3) "owner ID" (his passport, I assume)? What about other documents that 4) prove he is the owner, that he will have? Do I need copies of those as well? Is there a problem with no rental agreement? Thank you!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the documents required for filing the TM30 form in Bangkok after recently moving into a rented condo. They anticipate needing the TM30 form and an attachment, but are uncertain about the necessity of additional documents such as a rental agreement, the owner's ID, and proof of ownership. They also express concern about the absence of a formal rental agreement.
