Good Morning. 

TM30 online problem. 

I've used the website without issues in october 2023. Now I have an issue: when i click add on the first page to register a visitor, it acts on the "inform accomodation>add" screen, like if there are no registered address... But my address appears and is approved both on the first page and on the profile page. 

I've updated the Male/female field as suggested by a member and saved. The update is taken in account but still can't attach a visitor to my adress. Screenshot below for more clarity. Please help....

This happened a lot just after the TM30 system update late last year. You have to edit your profile first.

Check the last entry of FAQs of the User's Guide from the link at the bottom of the TM30 login Window.
