This is the email reply after I submitted my Thailandpass application. Is there anything else I need to do to get an access code to check my status? I am traveling on Saturday. Thank you.

I would apply again with a different email address. This works I’ve done it

I would double check you have provided everything required properly

Good luck, my girlfriend had huge problems with this and although people say it’s happened in a few hours I think mostly it takes 7 days

If you can rearrange your flight I would consider that

Thank you all for your advice. I have called my card company to cancel the payment. We also went to the official site to submit and got the access code to check applications status. Praying that it will be approved before our flights as we have paid for the SHA+ hotel...

You can already see red flags looking at that .

First its says they have received your application

Then it says it will not process because you missed something

Then it goes on to say it will take 7 days to process but then again it says that make sure you have submitted everything like you haven't yet ..
