TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on their options for extending their stay in Thailand with a Non-O visa, which is tied to their spouse, while their employment is in Hong Kong. They have a valid yearly renewable Non-O visa and last arrived in Thailand until June 3rd, but their O visa has expired. Suggestions include applying for an extension before the current amnesty or the 90-day entry stamp expires, possibly through proof of funds or a family extension.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).

You MIGHT <- as in maybe, be able to go to the immigration office and apply for a 60 day visit thai family extension for 60 days (doesn't require proof of funds) but you'd have to do it BEFORE amnesty runs out because once your 90 day entry stamp ran out the amnesty is the only thing letting you stay here now.
If you're able to get a yearly extension by showing the proof of 400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only for 2 months before you apply for the extension then GO apply for the extension BEFORE amnesty runs out..
you NEVER could renew any visa inside thailand. Visas run out and you go to a thai consulate and buy a new one or you get a yearly extension from the immigration office.
