TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is confused about whether to extend their multiple entry visa set to expire on December 2nd or the entry stamp received upon entry, which is valid until February 12th. Comments clarify that the entry stamp allows the user to stay in Thailand, while the visa is solely for entry. It is recommended to extend the entry stamp (expiring February 12) rather than the visa, and that an application for extension should be made at least 30 days before the stamp expires.

In January stop in your immigration office and get list of requirements for the one year extension as Married to Thai. Do not spend any of that 400,000 until you have the new one year stamp in your passport.
you are confusing TWO completely different things.
The VISA <- sticker is valid for entry to thailand until Dec 2 2020. That means you have until then to enter the country when you will get stamped in on an entry stamp for 90 days
The ENTRY STAMP <- the red stamp you got when you used the visa to enter thailand is good for 90 days and that's what lets you STAY in thailand, not the visa..
You apply for an extension when you have 30 days or less left on your current entry stamp, or in your case you can apply for an extension any time AFTER Jan 13th
