I got my flight from BKK-Phuket on 1.1.22 canceled because I will fly from Vienna-BKK and now they don’t tell you how to proced by the airline…

Anyone same situation?

Our Thaipass is approved from 12.12.21 so this isn’t the issue.

Thanks for advice

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster's flight from Bangkok to Phuket was canceled, which raises concerns over travel procedures and the Thai Pass requirements. From the comments, it's clarified that traveling from Bangkok to Phuket requires adherence to specific Sandbox protocols, meaning direct flights to Phuket are mandatory, along with a one-night stay in Bangkok for quarantine. Several suggestions include rebooking options and clarifications on whether changes in flight registration affect the already approved Thai Pass.

Your Thai Pass is Vienna to BKK? With one night hotel?

What I know, after you free for to go to Phuket. Change, cancel the flight and use others

You cant transit in Bangkok to phuket. You'll have to do the 1 day/night quarantine in Bangkok and fly to phuket after. Or rebook flight from Vienna to Phuket via another place of transit

is there an issue with my thaipass if I cancel my flights with austrian airline and take a direct flight to phuket with a different airline? Because the thaipass already has the flight number registered or it doesn’t matter which flight I come in as long as it is approved and all paid?

No, you can change airlines as long as you arrive within 72 hours AFTER your original arrival.

, all arrivals to BKK under test and go was for an overnight in BKK hotel. There never was the ability to transit. (Unless it specifically mentions not getting off the plane.)

requirement is still to overnight in BKK for 1 night,,theire should be an option to rebook your continuation flight a day or 2 later to Phuket in that airlines home site...normallt airlines will give you an option to rebook if they cancelled the flight in advance.or request a refund, and then rebook another option that works for you.

You cannot fly from Bangkok to Phuket if you are doing Sandbox. You need to fly direct to Phuket.Im sure a lot of people have been caught out via airlines and on line travel firms, that advise you can change at Bangkok.
