What should I do after my Thai Smile flight was delayed and how can I use my Thai Pass documents for a new flight?

[URGENT] Thai Smile just delayed my flight in the last minute. I'm going with Thaipass from Hanoi, I booked every for date 25th Feb and they just emailed me this morning to inform me that they delayed it to 4th Mar can you believe?

My solution now that I read from FAQ in Thai Pass page is that I can take any other flight (within 72hr diffrence) and just use all of my previous paperwork without having to submit Thai pass again.

What is your advise on this? Is there anything else I need to do except booking another flight on the same date? Thanks

It's 72 hours AFTER your original flight. You cannot change to an earlier flight or you will be refused entry to Thailand.

But if you take a different flight and arrive within 72 hours after your original arrival you don't need to apply for a new Thailand Pass.

Just make sure you update your hotel booking, insurance, reschedule your covid tests, etc.

This is the last update I've seen from January 7th about earlier Thailand Pass. But it's faster to just apply for a new one than try this method.

oh no I've already purchased an earlier ticket because that's the only time they have for a day. Should I change to 26th 18:00 if my original delayed flight was 25th 22:15? I'm waiting to ask the hotel tomorrow morning

someone in another post said they applied for a new earlier Thailand Pass and got it in a couple of hours. I would just suggest trying that. But they specifically said earlier isn't acceptable

how can I do that if I have already had my Thai pass? I can't find a sufficient way to contact them. Should I let the hotel know about the change and just fill in the form again, apply? do I need to cancel my previous thai pass?

you can have multiple Thai passes. Just apply for a new one. Though I think the hotel will have to update the system also.
