What should I do if I mistakenly selected multiple entry for my Thai visa application instead of single entry?

Hello everyone I just applied for thai visa it's submitted processing but pending payment. I have not paid anything. I selected for single entry but it shows option was selected for multiple entry and fees showing for multiple entry. What do I do know? There's no option to delete or cancel these applications. How do I tell them it's for single entry and I want to make payment for single entry. I wanted to delete all and do it from the first again but there's no option. Please help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has applied for a Thai visa but mistakenly selected the option for multiple entry instead of single entry and is unsure how to proceed with payment. Commenters suggest starting a new application as the current one is still pending and hasn't been paid for yet.

As it is still pending, and you have not paid, you can start another application.

Do you recall which visa option you chose from the drop down box?

DTV = Destination Thailand Visa. 5 years multiple entry. Possibly been misread as; Digital Tourist Visa? Toni has already provided the solution.
