What should I do if I mistakenly applied for a multiple entry visa instead of a single entry visa at the Thai Consulate in London?
Hi everyone. I have just submitted an application for a 60 day visa to the London Consulate but I mistakenly asked for multiple instead of single entry. I could not see where to pay the fee so I just submitted it anyway. Tried to phone several times but no response and not expecting a response to my email so I'm wondering whether to just submit another application and pay the fee if I can see what to click. Any advice would be great. Thanks very much

London are very responsive to emails

You should be able to access the form on the Visa portal and make corrections. If not just start another form. They won’t even look at the application until payment is made. From memory when I applied for a visa last year it was 2 separate processes. Complete the form and then go to the payment page where the fees are explained.

If you submitted the wrong type of application, and did not yet pay, the application is not actually complete.
You can go ahead and submit another one for a single entry tourist visa, if that's what you actually want.
I'm not sure if you can delete the first one, but it will cancel itself out after a certain amount of time.
