Hi all.

My question is the 1st of May 2021 I’ve got to do my 90 day reporting. I won’t be at my normal home address in Thailand to be able to go to the immigration office (Pattani) and do this. As online reporting is down. I have always done online reporting but other than twice in 4 years obviously the first time and a time when I was to late to do it online. Also online has been down for I don’t know how long now. So what is the procedure in these cases. I could be in Phangnga Bangkok or Chiang Mai. (Just report to local immigration or police station.!

TLDR : Answer Summary
User seeks advice for completing their 90-day reporting in Thailand as they will not be at their registered home address on May 1, 2021, and online reporting is currently unavailable. Commenters suggest checking the status of online reporting, consider mailing the report to the regular immigration office, and clarify that reporting at a police station is not permitted.

I have Farang Thai ID card that I always carry around with me and a copy of my passport on my Phone showing the relevant pages. So always leave my passport at home unless completely necessary

I’ll rephrase my question can I do my 90 day report at any immigration office

If I was to bet I'd say NO, you can't do a 90 day report at another office, BUT as Ellie pointed out anyone can take your passport to the immigration office you use and file a 90 day report for you. Can you get anyone to do that when it's due?

Thanks that answers my question completely. It’s just I get a little confusing with different scenarios. And I like to have it as cut and dry as possible with anything to do with immigration. As I’ve heard you say and has happened to me myself it can depend on the Immigration officer you see and even what mood they are in. And basically what they then and there normal goes. 👍🏻👌🏻💪🏻

I believe if you are doing it in person you will need to show the passport.

yes I understand that but as it seems it can only be done from the Immigration Office that gave me my EofS which is Pattani which will be over 1200 kilometres away from. That was my original question can it be done at another office in person obviously I would take my passport with if that was the case.

Check with your office and see if it can be mailed to them (you use your home address as the return address), IF it can just mail it to your regular immigration office where ever you happen to be.

And nope, can't 90 day report at a police station..

thanks Tod I did speak to immigration at Pattani and they said No they don’t accept postal 90 day reporting. So my next question is can someone else do it for you at the Pattani immigration office. Obviously taking my passport along with them.

well that’s great. And fingers crossed. And I do check myself every now and again. And I’d presume it would be posted on here as well when up and running. It just that I’m starting my travelling at the very beginning of April so trying to understand what’s what now.
