I have 1 entry left on a non-immigrant "o" visa, last few months have been on covid extension, does anyone know if they extended covid ext. again, or if stopped, how I can claim my multiple "entry" with no border runs? Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is inquiring about their remaining entry on a non-immigrant"O" visa after being on a COVID-19 extension, specifically asking if the COVID extensions have been further extended and how to utilize their remaining entry without needing border runs. Responses clarify that the COVID extension voids the previous non-O visa, indicating that once a visa has lapsed while on an extension, a new visa must be applied for, as there is no way to reclaim a multiple entry status.

This is an unusual one and to help assist getting a correct answer i think would be better to post photo of any visa and entry stamps, remember to black out passport and any other personal info

If you're on a covid extension, you no longer have a Non-O. It's finished, you'll need to apply for a new one.

For a multiple entry Non-O visa, the visa itself can not be voided. He can bounce out of Thailand and return as normal. But the borders are closed so that's not an option

non-imm O, spousal visa. My marriage visa lapsed when I was abroad and we are waiting on a US greencard for my husband, so was looking to use the last entry on the non-expired visa I already have, instead of redo marriage visa - we dont have an address or lease contract for our "short-term" accommodation. But seems like I can just extend via covid and see what happens between now and then. Thank you all!!

NO, do NOT extend is using the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19. Extend it using a one year extension of stay based on marriage to a MALE Thai national. This extension of stay has NO financial requirements. Different immigration offices have different requirements, but all require:

1. Your passport and a copy of:

- Your data ("picture") page

- Your Non-O visa

- Your entry stamp

- Your departure card

2. Your husband PHYSICALLY next to you, and

- his ID card and a copy of his ID card

- his housebook, and a copy of the first page

3. Marriage certificate (either the rose border certificate, OR a translated copy from your home country)

4. The application form

5. 2x passport pictures

6. 1,900 THB for the processing fee.

Different immigration offices have different requirements, and this may include:

- A copy of the TM30 filed where you live

- A hand drawn map to your house

- Pictures of you and your wife in various locations in the house (front of the house/ condo, in all rooms, etc)

- Witnesses or interviews with neighbors

- Rental contract (if renting property or a condo)

Can he have 2 visas at the same time? Say a Non-OA and later issued a tourist visa?

No he can't. If she has a Non-OA visa (which I doubt given her profile), if she enters on the last valid date, she'll be stamped in for a year.

I believe she has a multiple entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a *MALE* Thai national, OR a multiple entry Non-O visa based on raising half-Thai child.

I not sure but I believe your non O will have been voided once you started on the covid extension route.

Do you have a photo ?

thank you! It is not voided and still valid until November
Benjamin ******
The last day you can apply for a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 is November 26.

>how I can claim my multiple "entry" with no border runs

You can not "re-claim" the multiple entry visa. Once the visa expires, you will have to purchase a new one, or get an extension of stay.

@Benjamin *****
thank you! The visa is not expired, last entry must be claimed by november

@Ingrid ****
There is no "claiming" entries. You will have to get an extension of stay no later then you "admitted to" stamp in your passport, or leave the country and return.
