TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking to renew their Non-O visa, which expired in March 2020, and has previously extended their stay twice in 2020. They want to know if Thai Immigration allows for a third extension during the COVID-19 pandemic. A commenter clarifies that while the user is not renewing but utilizing COVID-related extensions, they can apply for another 60-day COVID extension as long as it is done before their current stamp expires.
