Can someone please help me? 

I have a type O, multi entry Visa that will expire Oct.8th and need to do a 90 day Visa

 run before April  28th. Looks like that won't be possible. Any advice? Thanks

My advice is to follow Robert's advice and get a 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai wife. Different immigration offices have different requirements, but all offices will require seeing the wife in person, and *WILL NOT* require proof of income or savings. This extension of stay *WILL NOT* invalidate your visa, and only add 60 days to your current entry. When the borders reopen, bounce in and out for another 90 day stamp.

What is the reason you got this Non Immigrant O visa?

Depending on reason, different options may be possible as alternative

Okay, you can apply at Immigration for the 60 days Extension of Stay based on Family visit.

And hope borders will be open in another 2 months

I got a one year Spousal Visa when back in the states. Did for the last 3 years. Only drawback is a 90 day run but I don't mind going to Mae Sai. Only this time can't do that.
