Hi all I have recently returned to Thailand from the UK with a single entry o visa. My question is how can I extend my visa without applying for a year extension as not enough funds in my bank at present due to no income thanks to Covid 19... normally I would bounce across the border into Vientiane and get another 90 days.. any help or advice would be appreciated.. TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on extending their single entry O visa in Thailand due to financial constraints caused by COVID-19. Suggestions include utilizing visa agencies, applying for a 60-day extension based on 'visiting family' if the 90-day visa is still valid, and possibly obtaining assistance from visa agents.

As long as your 90 day visa has not expired, you could get a "visit family" 60 day extension. If it has expired, you still might be able to do it, with documentation.

. There was a report from someone on another page who was successful in getting the 60 day "family" extension from amnesty. I'm not aware of the exact details and which office but it's possible. I'll see if I can find it again
