Do I need to report my first 90 days in person at Jomtien after re-entering Thailand on a new passport with a retirement visa?

ORIGINAL POSTER
I've recently re-entered Thailand on a new OA non immigrant Multiple Entry Long Stay visa based on Retirement. Filed TM 30 as required.

This new visa was issued in a new Australian Passport.

Am I correct in thinking my first 90 day report will need to be done at Jomtien in person even though I am in the system under my old passport number? I had been lodging 90 day reports online before under the old passport number.

Kindly confirm.

Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has re-entered Thailand on a new OA non-immigrant long-stay visa based on retirement, applied TM 30 as required, but is uncertain about the need for an in-person 90-day report due to the change from an old passport to a new Australian passport.
