Hi, do I need to do 90 day reporting for DTV if I have already left the country and came back within the past 180 days?

I got my dtv about 70 days ago, and recently left Thailand and came back. Do I need to go to immigration to do 90 day reporting soon or did it already reset since I left the country recently?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) and you left Thailand and recently returned within the past 180 days, your 90-day reporting requirements reset with your new entry. You only need to report if you stay 90 consecutive days within Thailand from your latest entry. If you left before reaching that 90-day mark, you do not need to report until you approach the end of the new 180-day stamp you receive upon re-entry.

If you leave less than 180 days every time... no one can give a sensible reason why you would have to report your whereabouts. As a result, you can just leave the country within 180 days and no one will ask a question...

You only report when you stay 90 consecutive days in the country, the timer resets upon each entry, the date you are stamped in is day 1. You can report in person 2 weeks before and up to 1 week after the due date.

You should do 90 days reporting 89 days after your most recent entry stamp of 180 days.

If you leave the country before that date you don't need to report.

When you renter you get a new 180 days stamp and you have to report at day 89 of that stamp again.

Be careful that reporting too early within the limits might get your second 90 days reporting before the end date of your 180 day stamp.

It resets each entry so 90 days from last entry then yes if not then no🤘
