TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a retirement visa issued in Pattaya and is concerned about reporting their address after moving to Koh Samui. According to the comments, they can file their 90-day report in Koh Samui, especially if their TM30 registration is submitted there. It's mentioned that as long as the required paperwork is completed, there should be no issues regardless of the move.

TM30 is the driver for everything.

You file a 90 day report where your TM30 is filed. If that’s for Samui then file there. If you don’t have one for Samui yet then get your house owner or landlord to file one before you report.
