Hello everyone, please if you would,My ED visa extension is being canceled, my university is preparing the cancellation letter for 15 days from now, but my physical passport is currently being sent back to America for renewal. What are my options?

The letter date cannot be changed for cancellation. 

My passport will not be back in 15 days and it is my original passport.

Unfortunately (for you) IF you don't get your passport(s) back before that date you're going to go on overstay and you will be liable for the 500 baht a day fine until you go cancel your extension and apply for a covid extension or what ever it is you're going to apply for so you can stay AFTER your ED extension is cancelled.

nope, he's already GOT a passport on the way that would be a very foolish thing to do.

AND

Sadly for the O/P this unfortunate situation was caused totally by themselves not getting their passport renewed sooner. <- I am NOT judging, I am pointing out a fact.

When did you mail the packet for the passport renewal off to ACS here in Bangkok?

I recently helped an elderly american friend renew her US passport and she had it back delivered to her door 14 days form the date we posted the packet at the thai post office
