Hello all. I have an ED visa, my first extension will be on 13 Sept but I have to come back to my country for a while to solve some issues so I will not come back to Thailand, at least for now. Do I have to cancel my study at the immigration office or not? The school said it is not necessary, it is not an extension and I can stay until Sept 13. Is that correct? Thanks a lot ;)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster has an ED visa and is considering leaving Thailand before their first extension on September 13. They inquired about whether they need to cancel their studies at the immigration office. Comments confirmed that as they are still under the initial 90-day stamp from their Non-ED visa, there is no need to cancel their studies, and they can leave without any additional procedures if they do not plan to return before the extension date.

may I can ask you, do I understood that right - She just stamp out and she can apply for another visa(in future) - never have to cancel her ED Visa because she never had the extension from it?
