TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-Immigrant B visa can be extended for up to one year at Thai Immigration, provided you meet the necessary requirements, often with the support of your employer. However, it is not possible to convert a Non-Immigrant B visa directly to an ED visa; you must either extend your current visa based on employment or apply for a temporary COVID extension.

You can't go from a 90 day Non-B visa to another visa category or type. So no you can't go to an ED visa, it means you either get an extension based on employment by meeting the requirements OR you apply for a 60 day covid extension.

Your employer can supply you with paperwork to apply for a one year extension of stay.

Did you just enter Thailand on this Non B visa for business?

Where was it issued?

Inside Thailand or Outside?

If you have a legitimate Non B visa why the need to ask if it can be changed to another visa?

The NonB visa you have can be extended one year at Thai Immigration.

Stop by their office and ask for the list of requirements for the one year extension.

FYI

The last day to apply for the 60 days COVID extension is January 29th...

Good Luck
