Excuse me, Mr. Hays  . I have just arrived at a new accommodation in a different province,it is a rented bungalow ,the owner also lives here on the same property,  and i will be staying here for work , my question is … Am i responsible for doing the TM30 other than supplying the owner with a copy of my passport ?    Thank you

Technically, the owner is responsible for filing the TM30. If NONE of the TM30 systems are working correctly, have the owner go down to the immigration office and ask what documents are required to do the TM30.

if you need to show that you had a TM30 filed and can't, you're totally correct you will be fined (no more than 1600baht) for failure to file
