Heading to MTT tomorrow for my first 90 days report.

Would like to check what is the documents that I need to make a copy of. I have the TM 47 filed up already.

Also for the 90 days user name and password, do I just request it from the counter or is there a separate counter which i need to go to? Thank you very much

TLDR : Answer Summary
To complete your first 90-day report at MTT, bring the original and a copy of your passport (including the identification page and pages with visas/stamps), a passport-sized photo (4 x 6 cm), and a copy of your arrival/departure card (TM.6). Ensure your TM.47 form is filled out. For accessing the 90-day reporting system, no username or password is required; you can use the Immigration web-portal or the respective mobile apps.

For the 90 day report, you'll need the following:

-Original and copy of your passport (identification page and pages with Thai visas and stamps).

-A passport sized photo (4 x 6 cm).

- A copy of your arrival/departure card TM. 6 (front and back).

-A completed TM. 47 form.

For the 90 day reporting system, you'll use one of the following three programs

Immigration web-portal [BEST program];

That is correct! Just fill out the information on the form, enter the Catcha, and (in theory) you should be good to go!
