TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 online screenshot required for a visa extension should display the 'view' window with an 'informed' record, indicating the submission of your stay details. Landlords must take a screenshot after saving the record, which includes key information like your address and submission date. There seems to be some confusion, as some users have reported that a simpler screenshot was accepted, but it’s advisable to ensure you have the correct format for your needs.

That is exactly what my landlord sent me and it was accepted at the Chiang Mai Immigration TM30 office. Then they filled out the slip that they put in your passport.

, CM usually makes the "official form" from registered info. Not many other offices do the same.

That is not the one you want. That is the capture of the screen when they submit your stay, not after the info is saved.

Once they submit your info, go back to the initial window of the system, then search the record. Click the magnifier icon of your record to show the details of the record. That is the one you want.

They need to click 'cancel' once they save the info and see the 'saved' popup.

You want a capture of the "view" window with "informed" record (check the pink circled field)

on this window, mouse right click, print. Adjust settings such, that all details fit on one page. We do this regularly for our hotel guests, works like a charm.

, I would say, grab a capture and print it (image) out rather than trying to adjust the view with the browser printing function.

That's probably fine. It shows the address and the submission date
