Hi all

I’m on a one year non-o Thai spouse visa and the attachment in my passport requires me to check in with Immigration for the 90 day stay but I have been in and out the country many times in the last 3 months. Do I still need to go and register my attendance?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on a one-year Non-O Thai spouse visa, you need to file a 90-day report only if you stay in Thailand for 90 consecutive days. Leaving the country resets this count, meaning your 90-day reporting requirement starts anew when you return. Thus, frequent exits do not necessitate reporting if you're not in the country for 90 continuous days.

Don't you need to visit your immigration office with 24 hrs of arrival back into the Kingdom?

If you have a one year multiple entry visa in your passport (or PDF) based on marriage then you would never do a a 90 day report as you’re not allowed in Thailand for more than 90 consecutive days.

If you have a yearly extension of stay based off a marriage Non O then you report only if you have been in Thailand for 90 consecutive days. If you leave and come back 5 or 60 times it’s irrelevant. On entry is day one. You count from there. If you leave before 90 days the requirement stops.

So sorry but Brandon is correct you have to start all over unless you have multi entry.if you leave the Kingdom you need multi or single entry.

yes. It resets when you return.

90 day report is for 90 consecutive days in Thailand. If you leave before the 90 days then it's not relevant any longer and restarts at day 1 again upon your return.
