Hello everyone, I have to renew my 90 days report (which is late) and renew my 1 year non b visa on Monday. My work say to do the visa first, but they are quite unreliable to say the least. I'm a tad concerned I'll get to CW and the officer will tell me they can't proceed without a valid 90 day report. Does anyone have any experience in which order this should be done?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user's concern regarding the order of renewing a 90-day report and a Non-B visa in Thailand has been discussed. It is advised to submit the 90-day report first, especially if it's not more than 7 days overdue, to avoid fines. Experiences with immigration offices vary, as some individuals were instructed to complete the 90-day report before applying for extensions, while others faced the opposite. The outcome may depend on the specific immigration office visited.

And I think it's gonna be a crap shoot because I had some people show up for their extension at C/W and be told they needed to go do their 90 day report FIRST before they applied for the extension

AND

I had people show up at MTT trying to do their 90 day report BEFORE going for their extension only to be told to go do the extension first and then come back.

I'd say it's gonna take you showing up at one of those immigration locations and seeing what's what.. :(

You are not late in submitting your 90 day report if it is under 7 days past the due date. If it is later then 7 days past the due date, you may have to pay a fine. I've seen that fine go between 800 to 2K THB.

You should submit the 90 day report first (since you've been in Thailand longer then 90 days legally), and then get the extension of stay.
