TLDR : Answer Summary
The user renewed their one-year visa but noticed that their 90-day report still refers to the previous reporting date. Answers clarify that a 90-day report is independent from visa extensions, and if not submitted on time, there may be fines of 2,000 THB upon next extension filing. It is emphasized that 90-day reports can be submitted online or in person 15 days before to 7 days after the due date without penalties.

The stamp under it is the "30 day under consideration stamp" that you get when you apply for a year extension based on marriage to a thai (and that's the stamp you're on now) AND you need to go back to the immigration office on March 19th so they can ink in the year extension
1. The extension of stay and 90 day report are *not* connected. When you get a new extension of stay, it doesn’t reset the 90 day report.
2. If you do not file a 90 day report, you may be fined 2K THB. This fine will happen the next time you file an extension of stay.
3. I never, ever, heard of the police doing any type of random checks for a 90 day report, or fining people for not doing them randomly. Checking if a person has submitted a 90 day report requires going into the 90 day reporting system, which most police officers do not have access.
4. A person can submit a 90 day report online, 15 days before the due date up to the due date without a fine. A person can submit it in person, from 15 days before the due date to 7 days after the due date without a fine. Some immigration offices may allow the report to be mailed in, ask your local immigration office for details.
5. For people who are currently on an 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19, ask your local immigration office what the policy is for the 90 day report.
