Should I Extend My Visa First or Submit My 90-Day Report First?

Good evening. I asked last week about 90 days and visa extension. Thank you to Mr. Tod for the answered. I am sorry because I forgot to ask last time what should I do first. My 90 days finished last January 2 and the last day of my visa is last day tomorrow but I will extend my Non Immi visa tomorrow. What should I do first, Extension of visa then 90 days report? or 90 days first then visa extension? Thank you so much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the correct order of procedures between extending their Non-Immigrant Visa and filing their 90-Day Report, as both deadlines are approaching.

your 90 days finished 2 jan and the last day of your visa is tomorrow? What is the date mentioned in the Admitted Until stamp in your passport?

What kind of Visa do you have and based on what reason?
Robert *******
You can apply for a new Extension of Stay tomorrow and a you are allowed to report in person 7 days after due date, you can also make the 90 day report the same day.
Benjamin ******
So you are NOT on a visa, but instead an extension of stay. Your extension of stay expires tomorrow. Since the 90 day report falls between the window, you'll be fine.

okay, thanks, this means you do not have a visa but you are inside Thailand using the Extension of Stay is permitted up to 7 Jan 2020. The second picture is a reminder that you're 90 days inside Thailand and have to report this at Immigration.

Sorry Mr.

Lyka the admitted to date is the important date to look at, not the date on the visa.
Benjamin ******
On your entry stamp, what is the arrival date and admitted to date?
Robert *******
The day you have to leave or apply for an Extension of Stay is mentioned in the rectangle stamp inside you passport, with on top the date of entry and under Admitted Until ../../.. Like this example, you give the dates different names so i can only presume that when you get 90 days on entry this date stamp has the date 02 Jan 2020.

Mr Robert, I thought 90 days is 7 days after? Sorry for asking

Good luck, i advice to bring some extra money as i understand that you will be 5 days in overstay, that will be 5x 500 Thb is 2.500 Thb extra.
