When you need to file your TM30 (on behalf of the owner) after being away from the residence (within Thailand when hotels have taken your passport) and do your 90 day report at the same time (on Non B extension of stay). Am I correct in thinking the TM30 must be completed first then the 90 day report? 

- will be at  Chaengwattana in Bangkok
