Hi, I’m going to apply for a non-b visa extension for my employee tomorrow and Is it possible to do a 90 days report on the same day? Or do we need to wait for approval to do it? Thank you!

if this is your first yearly extension you should get a paper that tells you WHEN your 90 day report is due.

IF this is just another yearly extension (meaning you've been on one doing 90 day reporting) you do the 90 day report when the receipt you have says to.

Getting an extension doesn't reset 90 day reporting

IF they don't give that paper to you ASK THEM while you're there when your 90 day report is due next..

if it's the first yearly extension in Bangkok they will put this paper in your passport when you apply for the extension telling you when your 90 day report is due.
