TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a certificate of residence from the Bangkok Immigration Office for your NON-O marriage visa, you generally need to provide the following documents: your passport (including a copy of the photo page), your TM30 form, a copy of your visa and entry stamp, and two passport-sized photos. There may be a fee around 200 to 300 baht, and the document will be mailed to your registered address on the TM30 after processing.

Just got mine this morning at Jomtiem.

2 photos, passport and tm30.

I was told the condo lease was required but they didn't ask for it.

300 baht plus 9 baht for photocopying.

You need a copy of your passport photo page, a copy of your entry stamp, a copy of your visa and a photo. You fill out the form - not sure if it has a number. You’ll need a filed TM30 and pay 200 baht. They’ll mail it to your address on the TM30 within 7 days.

Sorry not sure which counter at CW. Will ask and reply when I find out.

Also seemingly CW doesn’t need a photo (Phuket does).

It’s section B. As of Monday it’ll be on floor 3 with the Section A for 90 days and TM30s

You should just need your passport and your TM30. You might want to bring your rental agreement and a copy of your visa as well.
