What is the length of stay for a NON-O visa and is it required to report my residence in Thailand?

I have two questions… (1) I just received my Evisa from the Los Angeles consulate. Last year when I received my non O married to a Thai it said length of stay was 99 days. This year there is no length of stay on the Evisa.

(2) last year we never reported that I was staying at her house, is this really a requirement, and if so…how can she do it?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Evisa received for a Non-O visa does not specify a length of stay as it only grants a 90-day entry stamp upon arrival in Thailand. You must enter Thailand within three months from the visa issue date. Additionally, it is required to report your residence through a TM30 form, which can be submitted in person at an immigration office or online.

Don't know how it could say the length of stay was 99 days on the eVisa as it only gives you a 90 day entry stamp when you arrive

Print out the PDF file the emailed you and I think you will see it has an issue date and a 'valid until' or 'must enter before' date that is 3 months later..

There is only a single entry Non-O visa available based on marriage to a thai and you have 3 months from the date the visa is issued to ENTER thailand, and when you do you'll get stamped in for 90 days like everyone on a Non-O visa

It IS a requirement that you or where ever you're staying file a TM30 (notification of foreigner in residence) once you're there. Can be done in person at the immigration office where you live OR can be done online at the main immigration website under the TM30 online heading
