TLDR : Answer Summary
The earliest you can extend your 60-day tourist visa depends on the immigration office. Generally, some offices allow extension applications 45 days before expiration, while others may allow it as early as 30 or 15 days prior, with Jomtien allowing 7 days in busy times. Additionally, prior visa refusals might raise concerns at immigration, so it would be wise to prepare for potential inquiries.

I think Bangkok is 45 days. I'm in Ayutthaya and mine is 15 days.

Depends which immigration office you are using. Some are 45 days before, some are 30 days before, Jomtien for instance are 15 days before but can be 7 days before at busy times
