Usually the 60 days tourist visa can be prolonged for another month as I know. How early before the 60th day can I come to the immigration office? Usually, 2 weeks is the recommended time, but can I come earlier, for example?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for an extension of stay for your 60-day tourist visa up to 30 days before the visa expires, according to the immigration rules. Some offices may allow you to start the application 45 days before expiration, while busy locations like Pattaya and Koh Samui may have more restrictive timelines, possibly limiting applications to the last 7 days before expiration. In Bangkok, it is possible to receive your extension on the same day you apply.

In bkk Immigrantion office people get the extension visa at the same day when they apply.

You can apply for an Extension of Stay in the period of 30 days before and last day of Admitted to Stay at an Immigration Office. a Few offices allow this period to start 45 days before and if it is busy Pattaya and Koh Samui can change it to the last 7 days.

Few years back pattaya was so busy that they told me to come back last day. I had 4 days left in my stamp. Line was all the way to the soi.

Unfortunately, Pattaya is never more than 15 days before, but in busy periods, it can sometimes be 7 days or less before.

Samui and Pattaya seems to change depending on how busy the office is, sometimes it is in the last 30 days sometimes in the last 7 days,

Ok, thanks! So if someone appears in Samui 3 weeks before the visa expiration - he might've been advised to come in 2 weeks?
