TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for a 30-day extension of your 60-day tourist visa up to 45 days before the current visa expires. However, depending on the immigration office you visit, you may be advised to return in the last 7 days if the office is busy.

It dspends on which Immigration office you go.

The rule is that till 45 days is fine. But some offices could tell you to go back later
