TLDR : Answer Summary
The earliest you can apply for a 30-day extension on a TV60 visa in Thailand varies by immigration office. Some offices, like those in Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Buriram, Phuket, and Chiang Rai, allow applications up to 45 days before your current stamp expires. Others permit applications only 30 days before. It's recommended to confirm with your local immigration office for their specific policies.

Depends on the immigration office.

Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Buriram, Phuket, Chiang Rai and a couple of others all allow people to apply for extensions when they have 45 days or less left on their current stamp. The other immigration offices are 30 days. However, ask your local immigration office for specific details.

Depends on which IO you use. Some allow less than 45 days before exit stamp, others 30 and 15
