TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for a 30-day extension on your visa exemption at the IT Square Laksi Plaza in Bangkok starting the day after your arrival. However, some areas in Thailand may have different rules, allowing applications only within 10 days of expiry. The cost for the extension is ฿1,900 baht, but make sure to check local immigration office policies as there have been noted variations.

It all depends on the location In which you apply for it…in bkk you can go the day you land as long as you will make it there during their work hours M-F…in other locations around Thailand some immigration offices won’t do it until 10 days to expiration…but every place it still costs ฿1,900 baht
