Hello, do I need to first get a 30d tourist visa extension before I can get the 60d Covid extension?

I want to get a 60 day Covid extension to stay here until the end of September when my flight back home is. My free tourist visa ends next week. I stay in Bangkok.

MOST offices make people take the 30 day regular extension you can get from a 30 day free entry stamp BEFORE you can apply for the 60 day covid extension.

So that you want the covid extension doesn't mean you can get it without taking the 30 day extension first.

GO ask them at that immigration office and see what they'll say. The worst they can say is no you can't get a covid extension until you take the 30 day one you're allowed.
