Quick question for you if you be so kind. Arrived on visa exempt, 30 day stamp.

I forget to file the tm30 for starters, will I definitely need to file for the extension? If so what location do you have to go to do it at now?

Also is the extension for 30 days exempt at IT square?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The necessity of filing a TM30 for a 30-day tourism extension in Bangkok may depend on your travel history in Thailand. While some travelers have reported hotel receipts being accepted in lieu of a TM30, it is advisable to bring one for submission. To file a TM30 in person, you can go to Chaengwattana at counter B. For the 30-day tourism extension, you should visit the IT Square Laksi Plaza office.

It depends on your history of travelling Thailand if you "definitely" need a TM30 receipt for a 30-day tourism extension in Bangkok or not. We have reports of that hotel receipts were accepted instead of TM30 in some cases. We still recommend you bring a TM30 receipt.

If you want to submit TM30 in person, you will go to Chaengwattana, counter B.

You are going to go to the IT Square Laksi Plaza office for a 30-day tourism extension on visa-exempt entry.

just an update.

Arrived this morning 8am, filled the 3 pages in they give you on arrival.

Maybe 20 people there in total, paid the money waited 10 minutes and sent on my way with the new stamp.

No mention or question of tm30.

Very easy and not busy.
