Do I need to file a new TM30 for a house address change in Thailand?

Apologies if this question has been asked before. We will be moving to a new house this coming weekend, same area, just different house. Do we just do an address change at Immigration with all relevant documentation (TM7) or do we file a completely new TM30? It will be at Phuket Immigration

TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving to a new house in Thailand, you must file a completely new TM30 Address registration at Phuket Immigration. This needs to be done within 24 hours after arriving at the new address.
