I'm renting a new house and am heading to immigration Friday (closed tomorrow) and had a few questions: Do I need to take the photo in front of the house again and do I need to hand draw the map? Do I need a TS28 or 30? Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the required documents and procedures for notifying immigration of a new address in Thailand, specifically asking if a photo of the house and a hand-drawn map are necessary, along with which TM forms to use. Comments suggest that in Phuket, a photo may not be necessary for the TM30, especially if it concerns a retirement visa, and emphasize the importance of having a stamped rental contract.

In phuket You don't need a picture, this is only for an retirement visa asked

And if you bring the renting contract make sure the stamp is on

These are the things you need in Phuket to file a TM.30

Even though it says "residence certificate" believe me those are the TM.30 requirements for Phuket

How about stating WHAT immigration office you're heading to as well ;)
