Do I need to submit an official passport photo for my METV application, or can I use a printed photo from my computer?

Hello, I'm just finishing my online application in uk for an METV and it states you need to send in a photo of yourself with other paperwork.

Can anyone confirm if this can just be a print out of a photo from a file on the computer (like uploaded onto online application  or does it have to be an official passport style photo done in a booth / at a photo studio?
