Hello ka,

I have a question to ask. 

I need to transfer Non-O visa to the new US passport. Is it true that now the immigration will no longer need the linkage letter to confirm the old US passport to be transferred to new one?

Totally true, there is no letter from the US embassy when you renew your passport asking immigrations to move your stamps and there hasn't been for almost a year now

In fact immigrations didn't believe this so the embassy wrote a letter saying they don't issue the letter 😮

Print this out and take it with you when you go to move your stamps

It's TRUE.

Many Embassy's are no longer providing a letter to Thai Immigration that you have a New passport.

Thai Immigration Offices are aware of that...

Just take your New AND Old passport to Thai Immigration office.

And request transfer of your stamp into your New passport.
