Hello. I’m staying in Thailand on a 1 year Education Visa. I recently got my Dutch passport renewed. Is it easy to have my visa stamp transferred from my old passport to my new one? And where would I do that, Chaeng Watthana or elsewhere? And should I bring anything else besides my old and new passport? Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are in Thailand on a 1-year Education Visa and need to transfer your visa stamp to your new Dutch passport, you should go to the Chaeng Watthana office if that is where your visa extension was issued. Alternatively, visit the office that handled your extension. Make sure to bring both your old and new passports, and check if you have a letter from your embassy regarding the new passport. You will also need to fill out a specific form and provide the required copies mentioned on its back.

IF you got your extension here in bangkok at Chaengwattana that's where you'd go.

Otherwise you get the stamp transferred to a new passport at the office that issued the extension.

Take both passports the letter your embassy provided stating you got a new passport <- if you have one

You need this form filled out and the copies it states are required on the back of it
