What happens if my DTV visa application is rejected? Do I need to pay the fee again if I reapply?
If I pay the $400 usd DTV visa fee and get rejected, will I have to pay it again if I apply again? Will I be allowed to apply again or is that it and I'm rejected for good?
Answer summary
If your DTV visa application is rejected, you will not receive a refund for the $400 USD fee you paid, as all visa application fees are non-refundable regardless of the application outcome. You are allowed to apply again, but you will need to pay the application fee again.

Can confirm what Brandon said. Once you submit your application and paid for it there is no refund or return of your money. Doesnt matter if it gets approved or not. I made once a small mistake and had to find out by myself -.-'

Yesterday you said you were applying for a non immigrant visa for work. You know DTV doesn’t allow for work,

I'm got going to do anything the country doesn't want me to do. If I'm not happy there I'll go somewhere else.

All visa applications are no refund and all decisions are final. If you are rejected and apply again you pay again.
