I have DTV visa. What documents I need to show immigration for 90 days report?
Answer summary
To report every 90 days with a DTV visa in Thailand, you typically need to show several documents that may vary by immigration office. Commonly required are: a printout of your DTV visa, the TM30 receipt to prove your residence registration, filled TM47 form, and your passport (including likely photocopies of the first page and recent entry stamp). Some offices might allow digital lookup for the TM30, while others may require physical copies along with your documents.

In Chiang Mai, it's just your passport and the TM47 (90 day) form. I think you do need to have a TM30 on file but they don't need to see it, or the DTV. You don't need copies of anything. Other offices may want TM30, visa and passport copies but it can be as little as just the form and your passport.

If you are going to go in person to Immigration Division 1 (Chaengwattana Government Complex building B) bring a copy of your TM30 and passport. Take your passport to the basement and go to the print shop and tell them you are doing a 90 day Report. They will know exactly what pages to copy.

Note the 90 Day Reporting counter is located on Floor 2, South Zone (inside the main Division 1 hall). Expect to spend at least a half day there unless you manage to get an online Q. Oh yeah, fill out a TM47.

false. I was there yesterday. It’s on the sheet you have to fill out. I know because I accidentally skipped it, and the officer asked me to find it on my phone and enter the number.

OK, well, congratulations on whatever it is you’re trying to prove. But I went two days ago and they asked me. So I think my information is valuable.

With over 80 immigration offices in Thailand it's tough to pin down

Usually just your PDF print out of your DTV, the TM 30 receipt showing your registered as staying in the area served by that immigration office and a filled out TM 47 form (that you get at immigrations)

You can also get the TM47 form online & fill it out prior. I fill out a PDF version, sign it in blue ink & just take it with my other paperwork. Never had an issue.

I have a stack of them pre-printed with all the information that doesn't change, so I just need to fill in the dates each time.
